First of all, CONGRATS! I have photographed hundreds of engagement sessions in the Nashville, TN area and have been asked each time for a list of locations by my couples! I figured it might be a good time to go ahead and make a blog about some of my top favorite locations in Nashville!
Let’s jump in!
1. Nashville Public Library
The Nashville Public Library is one of my favorite locations in the area! The marble staircases provide such an elegant backdrop for your engagement photos if you’re looking for a timeless location.
2. Parking Garage Rooftops
Rooftop parking garages in Nashville offer a perfect view of the skyline for your engagement photos!
3. Centennial Park + The Parthenon
Centennial Park is an epic location here in Nashville providing not 1 but 2 completely different looks. The Parthenon is right next door and offers a beautiful stone, timeless backdrop. While Centennial Park offers a beautifully landscaped location centered around a large pond!
4. Belmont University
Now I know what you’re thinking, “Maggie, a university for our engagement photos??” Hear me out okay, yes it is a university however the landscaping is always stunning and the area is filled with history. On the campus sits the Historic Belmont Mansion, which is pink! They have a rose garden, multiple vine covered arches, tall stone columns + so much more!
5. Cornelia Fort Airpark
The PERFECT location for those wanting to stay within Nashville but do their photos in a field! This park is an old airport turned city park! They still have the landing strips which make for epic photos! If we’re lucky, we can catch the park when they have tall grass!
