Absolutely! This is the most important process as a photographer to protect + save your images! My process is as follows: DUAL shooting on 2 SD cards on the day of your wedding or session. I take the images from the SD card and back them up on my stationary hard drive (which I NEVER delete images from), then they are backed up to my travel hard drive which is what I edit from. My SD cards are NOT formatted until after your session or wedding has been completely delivered. Your gallery will be uploaded to Pixieset where you can view + download. I keep them live on this gallery for over a year. Your images are stored in 3 different places for a year and 2 places after that first year.
FAQ's
Most of my couples book me for either the 8 or 10 hours of coverage package. My 6 hour package is for more smaller weddings. My 8 hour package is definitely a nice sweet spot for coverage and 10 hours will allow more coverage + give you more time to not feel so rushed on your big day! If you're not sure what package you need, I can send over some example timelines and recommend how many hours of coverage would be best for you!
